2. participation and determination of winnersAll persons aged 18 or over are eligible to take part in the “Spring competition”. Participation takes place when the participant registers by 20.04.2025. The winners will be notified by private message and e-mail.
The winner will receive the prize by post to the address provided.
If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize expires and Meindl has the right to draw a replacement winner.
Participation is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the Internet connection. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. Meindl is not liable for the availability of the website. Meindl is also not liable for any transmission errors. Meindl may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond Meindl’s control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be carried out properly.
